We chose neoprene fabric as our main material in producing Tissu Sleeve because among many fabrics neoprene is the one who stand out. Neoprene has the qualities of tough water resistant properties, stain resistance, heat retention, good elasticity and non-toxic. Neoprene is an all-star fabric that you may not have thought about sewing, but it is used for a wide variety of purposes, and its characteristics make it an outstanding choice for clothing and accessories.
Refund and Return Policy
These are the terms and condition of the products we offer:
As the customer/s avail our product (cup sleeve), we will immediately take and process it, however it will take 5 business days to have it deliver due to the courier's availability.
We make sure that prices and designs are based on our customers preferences without compromising it's quality.
Once the customer received the product, he/she will have a 6-months warranty for return and repair.
The following are the considerations and limitations for the return, replacement and repair;

An item can be returned if broken or damaged after being delivered.

An item will be replaced if proven damaged upon delivery.

An item can be repaired if there's a problem with it's functions example, It's not working the way it is supposed to, or has some other minor problems.

Prohibited and Restricted Policy
It is the customer's liability to correctly place his order and choose a payment method in the choices we offer, listed below are the prohibited and restricted policies:
